1. Eligibility for Returns
Non-Bespoke Items
Unaltered, unworn, and unused items in their original condition with tags intact can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
Bespoke and Altered Items
Bespoke garments and items altered to your measurements are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable for hygiene or customisation reasons:
Bespoke tailored garments
Altered items
Undergarments and accessories, including head wear.
Tags removed
Worn or used items
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Return Request
To initiate a return:
Email us at hello@aurevoirofficial.com with your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
We will review your request and provide further instructions, including a return address.
Exchange Request
Exchanges are subject to item availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund, as applicable.
3. Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must meet the following criteria:
Free from stains, Odors, or damage.
In original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Items that fail to meet these conditions may be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.
4. Refunds
Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned late or not in their original condition. Subject to approval.
5. Return Shipping
Cost of Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
For faulty or incorrect items, contact us to arrange a prepaid return label.
Secure Packaging
Please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Notify us at hello@aurevoirofficial.com within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Provide photos of the defect or incorrect item for assessment.
If confirmed, we will offer:
A replacement (if available)
A refund
Store credit
7. Exchanges
Process for Exchanges
Items eligible for exchange must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges can only be processed for items of equal or lesser value. Any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.
Timeframe
We aim to process exchanges within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
8. Bespoke and Altered Items
Non-Returnable Clause
As bespoke and altered items are tailored to your specific measurements and preferences, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Faulty Bespoke Items
If a bespoke item is faulty or does not meet agreed specifications, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a resolution.

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe:
